Drive to the trekking trailhead at Pothana or Deurali and begin the trek. Walk through subtropical forests, villages, and rivers. Overnight in local teahouse.
Ascend gradually through dense rhododendron and oak forests toward Forest Camp. Scenic mountain glimpses start appearing along the trail. Overnight at Forest Camp.
Continue trekking through forests and terraced fields to Low Camp, at the base of Mardi Himal ridge. Enjoy views of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South. Overnight at Low Camp.
Trek through alpine meadows and open landscapes to High Camp, the last stop before Mardi Himal Base Camp. Close-up mountain views enhance the experience. Overnight at High Camp.
Early morning hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp, the highest point of the Mardi Himal trail, for panoramic views of Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, and Annapurna South. Descend back to High Camp for overnight.
Descend through forests and terraced landscapes to rejoin the Annapurna Base Camp trail near Siding or Bamboo. Overnight at Bamboo.
Trek through lush forests and terraced farmland to Deurali, a resting point before ascending into the Annapurna Sanctuary. Overnight at Deurali.
Ascend into the Annapurna Sanctuary with spectacular panoramic views of Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m). Reach Annapurna Base Camp, the highest point of this section. Overnight at ABC.
Begin descending through the sanctuary and rhododendron forests to Bamboo or Dovan. Overnight in teahouse.
Continue descending to Jhinu Danda, famous for its natural hot springsβperfect for relaxing tired muscles. Overnight at Jhinu Danda.
Descend to Nayapul, then drive back to Pokhara. Celebrate the completion of the trek and enjoy lakeside relaxation. Overnight in Pokhara.
Return to Kathmandu by drive or flight. Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for onward flight, concluding the trek.
