Day-by-Day Itinerary

A carefully planned all day adventure through the best of Nepal’s Annapurna region.

Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, passing rivers, hills, and local towns. Arrive in Pokhara and spend the evening by Phewa Lake, enjoying the mountain backdrop and preparing for the trek.

Drive to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. Begin your walk along terraced fields and charming villages, gradually ascending to Tikhedhunga. Overnight in Tikhedhunga.

Continue trekking through rhododendron forests and scenic trails. Reach Ghorepani, a beautiful village that offers panoramic Himalayan views. Overnight in Ghorepani.

Wake early to hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) for a spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After the sunrise, descend through forests to Tadapani. Overnight in Tadapani.

Β Descend gradually through lush forests, small villages, and terraced fields. Pass waterfalls and streams before arriving in Ghasa for overnight stay.

Continue trekking along the Kali Gandaki River, entering the Mustang region. Arrive in Jomsom and enjoy the unique trans-Himalayan landscape, with desert-like terrain and dramatic cliffs. Overnight in Jomsom.

Take an early morning jeep ride or trek to Muktinath Temple, a sacred pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists. Explore the temple area and its natural water spouts, then return to Jomsom for overnight stay.

Take a morning flight or drive back to Pokhara, enjoying last views of the Himalayas. From Pokhara, continue your journey to Kathmandu, concluding the Lower Mustang and Pokhara adventure.
