Day-by-Day Itinerary

A carefully planned all day adventure through the best of Nepal’s Annapurna region.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 m) and transfer to your hotel. Attend the trek briefing and prepare for the journey ahead. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 2: Fly to Tumlingtar – Drive to Chichila

Take an early morning flight to Tumlingtar and drive to Chichila (1,200 m). Meet your trekking team and settle in for the first night on the trail.

Day 3: Trek to Num

Trek from Chichila to Num (1,800 m), passing small villages and lush forests along the Arun River. Overnight in Num.

Day 4: Trek to Yangle Kharka

Continue trekking to Yangle Kharka (2,500 m), entering the high Himalayan terrain. Enjoy rhododendron forests and alpine meadows. Overnight in Yangle Kharka.

Day 5: Trek to Seduwa

Trek to Seduwa (3,000 m), gradually ascending along scenic valleys and interacting with local villagers. Overnight in Seduwa.

Day 6: Trek to Tashi Gaon

Trek from Seduwa to Tashi Gaon (3,400 m), passing terraced fields and alpine forests. Overnight in Tashi Gaon.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day at Tashi Gaon

Acclimatization day at Tashi Gaon. Take short hikes around the village, explore local monasteries, and enjoy the Sherpa culture. Overnight in Tashi Gaon.

Day 8: Trek to Hongde

Trek to Hongde (3,700 m), walking along glacial streams and forested trails. Overnight in Hongde.

Day 9: Trek to Makalu Base Camp

Ascend to Makalu Base Camp (5,200 m), one of the most remote high-altitude trekking destinations. Take in the awe-inspiring views of Makalu and surrounding peaks. Overnight at base camp.

Day 10: Explore Makalu Base Camp

Explore Makalu Base Camp, take short hikes, and capture photographs of the glaciers and mountains. Overnight at base camp.

Day 11: Trek back to Hongde

Begin the descent to Hongde (3,700 m), retracing the trail through alpine forests and valleys. Overnight in Hongde.

Day 12: Trek to Tashi Gaon

Trek back to Tashi Gaon (3,400 m), enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. Overnight in Tashi Gaon

Day 13: Trek to Seduwa

Trek to Seduwa (3,000 m), passing rivers and terraced fields along the way. Overnight in Seduwa.

Day 14: Acclimatization / Rest Day at Seduwa

Rest and acclimatization day at Seduwa. Optionally, take a short hike nearby or relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overnight in Seduwa.

Day 15: Trek to Yangle Kharka

Trek to Yangle Kharka (2,500 m), enjoying scenic riverside trails and forests. Overnight in Yangle Kharka.

Day 16: Trek to Num

Descend to Num (1,800 m), walking along peaceful valleys. Overnight in Num.

Day 17: Drive to Tumlingtar – Overnight in Tumlingtar

Drive from Num to Tumlingtar. Overnight in Tumlingtar.

Day 18: Fly to Kathmandu

Fly back to Kathmandu. Transfer to the hotel and relax. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 19: Kathmandu – Sightseeing

Kathmandu sightseeing day: visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 20: Optional Sightseeing / Leisure Day

Optional sightseeing or leisure day in Kathmandu. Explore Bhaktapur, Patan, or local markets. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 21: Departure from Kathmandu

Departure day. Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey.
